Wellington Barros

Wellington Barros is a Brazilian pianist, arranger and performer based in Belgium.

Trained in classical voice and choral conducting, he has worked with choirs, theatre productions and concert projects across South America and Europe.

 

Since 2016, he has collaborated regularly with AGORA Theater as a performer and composer, creating music for numerous productions presented internationally.

Alongside his theatre work, he develops concert projects as a pianist and arranger. With Mandelay, he explores the music of Kurt Weill through a dialogue between Brazilian song, cabaret and contemporary stage performance.
